Is the jewelry waterproof?

Yes, all pieces are designed to be worn in and around water. You can wear them in the ocean, pool, or shower.

Will it tarnish?

Blu Mind jewelry is made with high-quality materials designed to last. While no jewelry is completely indestructible, with proper care your pieces will hold their color and shine over time.

Can I wear it in the ocean?

Yes. Each piece is made to be worn in the ocean and inspired by it. Just keep in mind that natural elements like shells and sea glass are delicate and should be treated with care.

How long does shipping take?

Each piece is handmade, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S.).

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

What’s your warranty?

We offer a 1-year warranty on all jewelry.

If your piece breaks due to an issue with materials or craftsmanship (like chains, clasps, or jump rings), we’ll repair or replace it.

Please note this does not cover natural materials like shells or sea glass, or damage from misuse.
